Fix the fit before you buy wheels

Aero wheels on a bad position make you slower and sorer. Saddle height, reach, and a quiet upper body matter more than a rim depth you saw on a start line. If your hands go numb at mile 15, the cockpit is wrong.

Get a basic fit, then leave it alone for a month of riding. Change one thing at a time. A new saddle and a new stem in the same week makes it impossible to know which one helped.
